This is me, rarely seen this naked, also in Cyprus.
I have a tattoo and legs resembling milk bottles.
I am foregoing holidays this year in an attempt to get
my flat sorted out, with maybe the exception of a
wee road trip now and again somewhere close to home
to keep me and mums morale up!

All that's missing is a picture of my cat. I'll do that next time.
His name is Nyah (say it quick), phonetic like Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh.
He likes eating toilet roll and watching the toilet flush,
trying to shag my elbow and killing helpless mice, voles, frogs and now working up to birds.
He is a year and half old of mean, bad tempered killing tom cat, what a sweetie :)

Going Off Half-Arsed

Well its just as it sounds. Let me introduce you to my hell. At the present time I am at different levels of decorating trauma in 5 rooms and a hallway. I live in a flat and I only have 5 rooms and a hallway. So now you know the extent of the damage. I started tiling the bathroom, then got stuck at the light fixture and moved  from there, after an eight month huff, to my  main bedroom, where I decided to strip the paper from the walls, but only three of them, with the exception of the wall behind the wardrobe. My cat is pulling wallpaper off in the hallway and between us both we have managed to devastate our living environment.

BUT - I have a plan. An unflinching, online account of my decorating progress, with PICTURES! Yup, I am going to let the internet into my home as I fail, succeed and probably fail again in my journey to achieve D.I.Y Nirvana.

My budget is nearly nothing and the time I have is 18 months (give or take success rate and huffing).

So I am off to charge my camera so that I can give you a look at the 'Before's.
